Miracle Morning using the Bullet Journal

I’ve had a morning routine for years and thought it was pretty great until I read The Miracle Morning by Hal Erod. After reading his book I realized that my routine was lacking a few key pieces, most importantly the silence (and the first half of the S.A.V.E.R.S. routine)!

So I figured I’d walk you through my updated morning routine step-by-step, show you how I use my time and how I incorporate my bullet journal. (If you are not familiar with bullet journaling, learn more here).

For those of you who are familiar with the book I use the S.A.V.E.R.S. method and structure my morning using those basic principles. The timing varies every morning, the only thing that remains constant is my gym time.
