Hello everyone!

I hope you all have had an enjoyable weekend thus far!

I would like to first thank each and every one of you here for your patience and understanding over this past week during our downtime. Everyone here at FanBox has been working throughout the weekend to get everything working as seamlessly as possible for you all, and I am confident that we will get there by the end of this week.

 

With that said, I wanted to just write a quick post for everyone to give you several updates on what is happening, so that you can be caught up to speed:

Feel free to create your own and/or work with other's as an Admins of a Community.

Thank you for posting this soothing calming informations about the issues of the past week, Brian.
I must tell that various problems occured everyday in the last days and it is not ok even now despite you wrote that Fanbox is fully operating now.
Everything works very slow... when I open profile, blog, post comment or something, or even when I click just "like". It is surely not caused by my Internet connection as it works flawlessly at 80/15 MB/s
I hope to see some earnings soon because this situation is really demotivating.
It would be correct to warn us in advance what will happen if ever Fanbox team knew that.

Hi Kveto,

FanBox is fully operational, but as I said we are still experiencing some slowness issues and the engineers are working on it.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but everything should be resolved and all payouts will be up to date in your account within the next 7-10 days as I have laid out in my post.

Everyone is fully aware that this is not ideal or acceptable and was definitely not planned to work out the way it has, but we very much appreciate your patience and it will be resolved ASAP.

Thanks the dear President for the information! But unfortunately, the site to works extremely badly. Even, if I shall address to the coach - it nothing will help me. At you many technical experts and they do not cope with malfunctions on servers. Here examples: that to make a "Like" - it is necessary to wait for 5-7 seconds to write 'the comment' - 10-20 seconds, to look a photo on a wall of friends - 20 - 40 seconds. - And more often displayed it: 'SERVER ERROR. 500 - Internal server error. There is problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed '. I yesterday and today have lead the whole days - is very tired also a nervous condition. But passion prevails!!! I hope, that will be fast everything is OK! (I mean at you and everything, and I have while all on a ZERO!)

Friends, let's, not to panic! We were promised change and improvements on the site. According to this will have to be patient. I myself have appeared emotions. But I understand that in such cases there is always a technical problem. You can make a little break and give the experts fix problems.
But Ardarutiun sake, site management would stand to behave differently. Just be honest and admit that there are problems and they are solved! Then people would be more patient.

We are waiting for a good change! I wish you all the patience and understanding!

As far as I am concerned, I felt that I have done my best to be more than honest with everyone about what has been going on in regards to the recent maintenance and upgrade?

Is there something more than I can answer or respond to for you that you feel that I am not being truthful about?

Dear, Brian! A lot of that happens on the site, not from you depends. Many understands more than half the people and even support you in these difficult days. I know very well how hard you write the answers and listen to complaints from the side. I know that you did not do one. It is the job TECHNICAL staff. Every day send my fans complaints. And I have to explain that we need endurance and patience. Now I do not earn a single cent (that's another story.) But I am an active participant in and sharing your experience those difficult moments and challenges. As the Council. I recommend that in such extreme cases, the left-hand side of the page, write more often short messages on the Elimination of malfunctions. It will all calm down and fewer questions. And you will spend less time on this correspondence. Thank you for the patience and kindness. I wish you a successful solution of the tasks!

I am having the same problem as Nick Mare anytime you try to upload photos you get this thin about server problems and the items you are looking for cannot be displayed. I cannot see any of my photos I had before and it takes forever to try to upload photos and videos.. There are many problems but I understand it will take time but it is not working good here.
