As some of you may be aware, empowr recently released a series of security enhancements that require all Early Cash Outs to be authenticated via your mobile device before they can be cashed out.

While we understand that these additional measures may cause friction for some citizens that do not have a mobile device, the intent is to make it difficult for illegitimate users from creating multiple empowr accounts to siphon money out of the system away from legitimate, hard-working citizens like 99% of you are. In fact, we have already caught many such cases in the short period of time since we launched these features.

For that reason, having a physical mobile device will continue to be required in order to submit an Early Cash Out so that empowr can confidently continue to send Early Cash Outs to each and every empowr citizen on a regular basis as revenues allow.

The new Early Cash Out via Mobile Device is just not fair to many loyal and dedicated members who support The Empowr Platform. Hundreds will not have access to a Mobile Device and should not be penalized for it. Another way to gain access to your Early Cash Outs that you deserve need to be implemented that everyone can enjoy the benefits of it. Success

While I understand completely where you are coming from, it is an unfortunate fact that people will always try to take advantage of the system at the detriment to the majority. If security measures like these are not put into place, the ability for this platform to flourish will not happen. As we move forward, we will continue to add improvements so that we can have a secure platform that is also friction-free for legitimate citizens such as yourself - but for the time being this is the best way to offer that security in a manner that ads the least amount of friction to people.

I agree I cannot get my early cashout today because I have a basic phone and do not have a smartphone. I have not been able to get any money out of empowr over the last six months and this is the first substantial amount I have had available to me, and I cannot access it! Sorry won't cut it Brian! I will never be able to access any of my available earnings this way, not fair that I am being penalized because I am down on my luck.

This one frustrate me. Empower send too many hidden email address to select the cash out key then when I select that seems my last 3 characters in my email address registered in my mpowr account they indicates that my device was already used by other empowr account. How come that happened that my device was used by someone else when I am the only one uses my device!!! It's unfair that I can't cash out with my empower account due to this features. I have protected my account yet cannot cashout using the same registered email address.

Thank you Brian. When we use this feature, we had found many people can not get early cash out because they got so many accounts. For that reason, it's better to delete those account to keep us in safety. I agree with this measure.

I suggest that empowr must delete all accounts who get a list of email after clicking at "send cash out security key".

i just only have one account and i didnt create any community.
im so frustrate to this cashout key because everytime i attempt to cashout to my ECO then nothing happen. my mobile application crashed no cashout key appear on my mobile homepage.
i dont know if this is just a bugs but it doesnt help at all. how can i cashout to this?

Great measures toward keeping us safely. But what about communities?
I already cashed out ECO several times, for my main account. .so I must have for my community another phone for the ECO.
What if I have 3 communities. ... so I should hold 4 mobile phones in my hand...and that is not practical.

i also tried 2android phones but did not success too.
i also know 1 person using samsung android shes cant able to cash too.
may ram using iphone6 to cashout.
i dont know if android has a lot bugs and glitches than iphone.

Once you activate the ECO, you go to your mobile & click (Cash out button). you will have the (Send Key to mobile) message.. click it, and wait the key to be sent ... you will have the message that the key is active.. click the message.. a pop up window of cashing information page will come up by Paypal or by check.. and filling the information.. & submit... Finish

i try to cash out my matured earnings but it required a cash out keys which they send so many hidden emails to choose from. when i select which seems the last 3 characters of my email address for fanbox/empwr it responds that previously i already permanently registered my empowr account to an email i never recognized (note that i just recently transfer to empowr from fanbox) and that my device already used by other empowr account. It is SHOCKING to know that my device was being used by someone else when from the very start i purchase my device NO ONE USES it but me!!!

Please ask your coach to put in a ticket for you. You shouldn't need a cash out key to cash out matured earnings. Don't worry no one is using your device. I am guessing the email that is quote " using it" is *************lte@gmail.com. This is happening to a lot of people who are cashing out the ECO. So this is an issue with the app not your device.

Yes that's the email address indicated when I submit my cash out keys. If that is the case why everytime I try to cash out they are sending cash out keys and the same reply I get which frustrate me. Thanks for the info atleast I know I am Not the only one experiencing the same issues. If matured earnings need not cash out keys what features do I have to click in order to cash out my matured earnings. Although as of now I am not planning to do it since empowr utilized the amount I want to cash out in just one day $707.00. Clever way to avoid cash out!
