Why is your AMCO so large - or so small?

Hello everyone!

 

A few hours ago, empowr distributed the largest total dollar amount of accelerated matured cash outs in its history….

 and we are all seeing some very happy empowr citizens…

                   Why is your AMCO cash out so large - or so small?

…and some unhappy empowr citizens too.

 

Why are some people so happy…. And why are some unhappy?

Some are reporting that their friend, who accomplished the same amount of Daily Goals as they did in this last month…

… received an AMCO that was 5, 10 or even more times larger than theirs.

 

Is this true?

Did some people get many times what others received… for hitting the same number of Daily Goals? 

 

And if so, how can that be fair?

Yes. It is true. 

And I will do my best to explain why there is such a difference between what those people received.

Let’s get started.

 

 

As I have been posting about, over and over again, in the last 60 days starting with this post at the beginning of July

… for us to succeed together at our mission ….

… for even empowr to be around – even a year from now….

 … together we must grow the empowr economy.

That means we must grow the amount of legitimate product and services being sold and purchased in the empowr marketplace.

That means that:

1.   The empowr engineers must work overtime to improve the marketplace tools and technologies:

Hopefully you’ve noticed that the empowr marketplace is already many times better than it was even a month ago:

·      It now includes Search

·      You now receive a daily marketplace newsletter

·      Everyone can now spend more of their earnings in the marketplace  

·      Many bugs and issues have already been corrected

·      And we’re just getting started.

2.   We must ensure that you are no longer waiting for days for your marketplace listings to be available for purchase in the marketplace and in your profile.

·      Your items are now instantly approved and made available in the marketplace (unless, of course, too many of them are later getting rejected).

3.    We must ensure that the marketplace shows quality items, and that low value items don’t make a joke out of the marketplace

·      There’s no question that the quality of items for sale has skyrocketed. Granted, we still have more to do here, but thanks to your efforts, and the hard work by the small group of success coaches tasked with this effort, the quality of items has improved dramatically.

4.   And finally, we must ensure that the largest AMCOs are going to the people that are bringing the most economic value to the empowr economy.  

I believe that this where there seems to be some confusion, based on some of the comments that I am seeing.

“I hit my goal X times this month. That means I brought lots of economic value”.

Why do you believe that?

Let’s take a look.

By posting and sharing content (photos, status updates, etc.), bidding and closing loops…

… you continued to build your network (your circle of trust) on empowr – which means you are building the POTENTIAL (the possibility) for economic value to be created.  

Good job!

Before you can create economic value, you must first plant the seeds – which creates the potential for a strong harvest.

But creating the potential for economic value is a different thing than actually creating economic value in the empowr economy.

 

            Now let’s talk about your Listings.

                             By listing quality products, did you create economic value?

In other words, does listing products automatically create economic value?

Listing quality products – that someone ends up actually purchasing and valuing – brings economic value.

On the other hand, listing products, that no one actually purchases…

… brings zero economic value.

In fact, all you did was create cost for the empowr economy – as that item needed to be reviewed, moderated, and supported – all of which have costs…

... but since it did not sell, it brought no economic value to the empowr economy.

Let me get right to the point.

If you believe that simply by making some posts, and sharing those of others, that you have created economic value, that you have created economic value, you are just simply wrong. Dead wrong.  

By doing those things, you have worked to create a network for yourself, and have worked to build trust in that network…

… which stands as potential for YOU and for the empowr economy.

But so far, all it has done has created cost – not economic output – for the empowr economy.

 

So, that explains why some people, who hit their Daily Goal, might not be all that excited about their AMCO.

But how do we explain those that ARE very happy with their AMCO?

 

Here’s the bottom line:

The lion’s share of the AMCOs went to people that:

A.  Hit more of their Daily Goals

B.  Their Listings were of high quality – as measured by their sales.

 

If you hit your Daily Goals, but your AMCO was much smaller than others, here are the questions you should be asking:

Are your Listings getting sold, or the most part, no?

If they are not getting purchased, that’s why your AMCO is smaller.

When your items sell, are they actually getting paid for, or no?

If people don’t really want them, that’s why your AMCO is smaller. 

If your items are being sponsored, and don’t yet have a final buyer that has chosen to pay for them, then be patient.

You will get credit for those items when they actually do find a final buyer.

Yes, that means that next month you will see the AMCO benefit from those listings.

When people buy your items, are they happy with their purchase? Do they rate you positively as a seller?

            If not, that’s why your AMCO is smaller.

 

Pay very close attention:

The empowr system is very, very intelligent. It is watching over a hundred different factors about your marketplace activity.

If your actions are legitimately bringing economic value to the marketplace and economy, you will be very nicely rewarded… which many of you are now experiencing.

And in case you are wondering – the empowr system is very aware and capable of catching people that do not have the right intentions.

The right intentions are to provide legitimate, quality products (and soon, Services) that others would benefit from.

If you and a few friends try to fool the system, your account will be either marked for future deletion, or marked for permanent small AMCOs, or both.

I cannot stress this point deeply enough. If your intentions are anything less than honorable…

… meaning anything less than providing high quality items to your fellow empowr citizens…

… by attempting to fool empowr citizens or the empowr system…

… you will have made a very, very costly miscalculation that you will regret deeply.

And if your sales, sponsoring, purchases and even communication interactions are with anyone that has been deemed low value and suspicious…

 that will cast a long shadow on your own potential in the system.

 

Stay legitimate. Stay honest. Focus on hitting your Daily Goals, building your network and circle of trust, and the level of trust between yourself and other truly legitimate, honest and well-intentioned empowr citizens…

… and stay away from (in fact, block) anyone that does not have the right intentions.

This is a must, as you do not want to risk getting quietly bundled into the same categories as the small group of individuals that exist in every community, that do not believe in themselves other than in their ability to cheat and steal from others.

 

And make sure your listings are quality items, that someone will actually want to purchase.

When they do purchase them, take good care of your customers, so they will want to give you a positive seller’s rating.

If you do those things, you will notice that ALL your empowr metrics, including your AMCOs, will grow very, very nicely – as a good number of people have just experienced – and hopefully you will soon experience too.

It’s time to get very, very serious about rewarding the people that are very, very serious about ensuring the empowr marketplace succeeds. 

And yes, at first glance, that will come at the expense of people that will not, or cannot, contribute as much to the economy.

But if you think about it, you will surely see that the biggest winners out of this approach, will be EVERYONE.

Yes, even those not receiving large AMCO cash outs will be much, much better off because they’ll have thousands of quality products to choose from, when looking to shop with their empowr earnings.

ive met all my daily goals except the first few days when empowr was fixing the marketplace. i explained to my success coach that the market place wasnt working and he said cause it was being fixed. with that i am guessing that is why i got ZERO AMCO. not low not high but ZERO!! and that is unfair since the ball was in your court to have these things fixed asap!! very disappointed!! if i get nothing for september i think that will be the end of me for empowr

Katie, I'm sorry to hear of your frustration. Could you please detail what issues are you having with the marketplace in particular? There is nothing that should have stopped you from listing products or hitting your goal as many citizens have hit their goals every single day.

Hello, Brian, How are you, Sir? Did I misunderstand the news I read a while ago that you were the Acting President?
As for the marketplace, besides the technical issues to which Katie alluded here (and she may give more details), there are other serious issues. Some of them pertain to the listing approval process. I have stopped listing altogether, when items I sponsored got rejected and I lost my ability to list for 7 days. In addition, premium blogs I listed, more than an month before the new guidelines and the new daily goals, got also rejected, after I made sales on them. Those sales were cancelled. I have lost over $3,000 in sales as a result. These premium blogs were on health information, in most case, and provided information that was appreciated by customers who bought them. One:. Approval or rejection of a listing should be given within 24 hours, not 35 days. Two: the new guidelines for listing physical products should not be applied retro-actively to listings more than a month old. This point is actually a universal legal principle found in most legal systems around the world. Three, It is merely a subjective judgement to say that health information or travel guide to popular touristic sites have of no economic value or are of low market value, This is for the customer to decide, not an Empowr officer to make such subjective judgment, depriving the customer of information that may be beneficial to them. Finally, this may not the best place to go into details on all of the issues some have faced with the marketplace and the listing approvals or rejections that come so late, depriving Empowr citizens pf the benefits and opportunities to trade. It would be highly appreciated by many citizens to have a venue for debating all the issues that are challenging many of us. If such venue is offered, Empowr would find ways to correct the current dysfunctions and get more solid footings for healthy growth..

Nailed it, JC and Empowr team :D 3:) I've been telling many people to stay legitimate and stop trying to be over smart and thinking that listing things and saying; "it is out of stock" when someone purchases any of their listed products, "not available" or "please don't purchase, I'm doing this only for goals" etc is going to cost them a fortune and they didn't pay heed, now they'll pay attention. It is a positive fact that the Empowr system has mechanisms to identify fraud and label out ill-intentioned people. Such safeguards are critical for growth and financial soundness. It would be very unwise, otherwise, not to predict behavioral fraud and attempts to fool the system with fake listings. There are reports of some who scan the internet, to find and post pictures of products they do not own and list them for short range auctions over and over again, to hit their goals. Then, it is reassuring that Empowr has tools to pick on such practices and follow up with protective measures, denying large AMCOs even if goals were met every day, because they were met with fraudulent means. Such customers are a danger to the Empowr community. But they are active within. The sooner they are weeded out the better for all.

Can any one tell me why it looks like that there is a lot of difference in payments of the AMCO's. I see people who did less then i.

I think this is very disappointing for all the hard work people is putting in to it, last month you paid $ 109 for a week.
I see people with $8.61 for hidding their goal 2 times in august and they are green.
A lot of difference means that i will quit are hard labour, this is ridicules, some have $165 for doing less.

I think either discrimination is here the word for it or some one is making huges mistakes in calculation.

I am sorry that this measuring with different standards, it has to be one standard payment times the qualified days and not the friends first look a like situation.

I know this is not a positive message, but it is your job to give clarification so everybody knows that you are doing the right thing.
mistakes can happen, every day no, it cannot.

Hi AB.. Is this fair that we are getting $1.70 per day after giving 4 to 6 hours for just hitting 4 bars to compelete our goal?? From 31st july to 31st aug i hit 28 times and i have screenshot of every single day with date.. According to system i hit 27 times.. Thats fine i am ok with it..
If we talk about listing, fake listing got rejected.. In last month only 3 items of mine got rejected by empowr.. when we put our item on list, ofcourse it will take time to ship them.. My all items were on auction of 10 days.. Most of them were sponsored by the winner.. I was going to ship some of them to the buyer this week.. It takes time to get the address and ship them.. Why did not they tell us before that we have to sell our products within month and also ship them before 31st aug to get large amount of MC?

Very nice clarification on the intensity of AMCO -less or more. I am working here since long and enjoying every changes empowr platform is making. As you rightly said that many people try to hit the goals by hooks or crooks as there is no way out to do that. Must be a learning for ALL of us considering the quality of product factor and "actual selling" . If it is not happening then "ECONOMIC VALUE" gets down. I am happy that by introducing AMCO people here become more creative and they always have to think what to sell and what should be the target customers. ( Which in turn makes many dynamic people more successful in future) & this is where the Real COT comes into the picture. This will helps a lot.

Thanks JC and all Empowr team who want to improve market place to be such a great one ever. My concern is not all as so stupid to list something that cannot for sale, but some of us need guide to be successful seller. We trying to give the best here and please don't punish us with stopping us to submit for 7 days. We know Empowr also leak of manpower resources to check all of each Empowr citizens submitting. Please be more constructive here for our better future in Empowr.
Why not Empowr itself have it own product to sales to Empowr citizens instead, that is more economic and of cause any citizens that have patience in doing selling things go ahead with that. I think that make our market place more competitive if compare to Amazon, EBay, Alibaba and many more.
Hope our market place will be much more better in the future.

Your listings are automatically and instantly approved if 9 or more of the last 10 were approved. When you go below that number, they must be manually approved first. Success coaches are working hard to get through the queue.

And when your approval % goes even lower, you are banned from listing for a short period of time.

Makes sense. I can't say that I'm not disappointed at not getting an AMCO, but I understand why. (I thought the shoes I listed were cute, but apparently not cute enough!) This is a marketplace, and if your stuff doesn't actually sell, then you don't have any money in your till. Your page is your store. You have to get people in the door by making it interesting, and then you have to offer items for sale that are wanted/needed.

And thanks for being so logical as to understand that if everyone who listed some random things, that did not sell, were to extract big dollars, those funds would have to come from somewhere, and that would be from the people that actually did sell things, and then proceed to spend money out-of-pocket on postage, to deliver those items - which would not be feasible unless the cash outs were mostly going to them.

Comment aussi choisir ses fans puisque c'est virtuel, on peut tomber parfois sur des personnes pas sérieuses du tout? Et toi qui est sérieux tu vas te retrouver du jour au lendemain dans la bande des délinquants et des escrocs sans en être conscient. Il faudra que Empowr fasse preuve de discernement pour éviter de tomber dans l'amalgame.

Hi Yougouda, "quality products" would be anything that is adding value to the economy. The best way to think of this is "would I myself want to purchase this product?" If your answer is YES, then it is most likely a quality product. You can also review the Marketplace Listing Guidelines at any time to learn more about acceptable and unacceptable products. At a basic level, things such as recipes and other digital media content, must be listed as Premium Blogs and you can still earn from these purchases. However, will you probably earn more from a more desirable, quality product that more users are likely to buy? Yes.

How is it that I am not able to even upload a photo, or validate my account, because the DOG CHEWED THE CORD. That is what I get EVERYTIME I try to do anything.
Then, I get told by you that I am not trying hard enough. What's the big idea? I get directed to PayPal just to get redirected to a page that says I have dont "this too many times today". Utter nonsense. I cant do anything when links arent working!

I must ask, however, what have you contributed to the effort?

The issues you bring up don't automatically identify, and fix themselves.

And since empowr, uniquely, has not raised any investor capital, how can those issues be fixed overnight when its is short-staffed?

I can tell you that many have contributed blood, sweat and tears...

.... many have contributed countless months or years of their lives...

... but you, your only contribution to this alpha-stage tech project is complaining.

Imagine if everyone's contribution was just complaining. Where would we be now?

I know it's frustrating to wait for those issues to be addressed -- we are all frustrated by how long things take -- but this entire project is a group effort.

Instead of having such high expectations and complaining, why not ask what you can contribute to the effort?

Ok, first, I was with FANBOX. Then, I left because there were so many problems with the very things I am talking about. The DOG CHEWED THE CORD. Uploading pics, and connecting my PayPal account. The links dont work, Johnny. I am not complaining about anything but the links. It has been two years. I was with FanBox two years ago. Issues like links not working are fixable in a matter of even days. If not hours or minutes, depending on the problem.
Not validating my account? That is required to get better earnings. Connecting to PayPal so I can receive those earnings. You gotta read the ENTIRE pos, bud. The whole thing is about links not working to get stuff done...

I am happy with what I got this time $150 though it´s lesser than Khayal had but it is a fair share. He did well as a seller.

I have some questions for you guys. Firstly, I only get credits for purchasing something 2 or 3 days before my power level upgradation. So kindly give us the credits for whole month so we can purchase easily. Secondly, 95% of sellers are fake OR inactive you can see my disputes how much I did suffer. So how anyone will trust this marketplace?

Thirdly, clear disputes ASAP its taking too much time. If you want a person for this job I am always here.

Hello JC, thanks once again for the accelerated matured cash out even when I'm not up to 90 days old in the platform.
I could only attain this feet of success through the help of my Success Coach, diligent hardwork, and always carefully following your posts and implementing your DOs and Don't as the Empowr Information Officer I guess. . So, I will like to say thank you empowr for keeping the promised. This will indeed motivate us to do more toward empowr sustainability.

However, like I rightly stated in your last post, I will like to re-emphasized on these few issues.
1) Making Item As Unpaid After Purchase.
A lot of citizens have taken it upon themselves maybe as fun, to consistently compete with citizens who have good intentions to purchase products while bidding. Sadly, when they succeed in winning such auction, some will not even wait for up 5 minutes after getting the notification, but rush and MARK THE ITEM AS UNPAID.
It's clearly stressed in one of the learning center videos that when any citizen marked an item as unpaid item that he/she is charged 5% by for doing so. This charge is for empowr and not the seller, even when the seller will have to eventually pay for the ad credit that was used to advertise such products while their listing period lasted, thereby bringing all the lost to the seller.
My suggestion ▶Since a seller constantly losses when this occurs which is very common now, the charge for such should be increase and the larger portion of that charge should go to the seller.

2) Shipping Fee Limitation To Hundred Dollars.
I'm a Nigerian and at times I make my sales worldwide. Most at times, the limited hundred dollars can't afford the bill. The most awful part is that, we pay this cost out of our pocket and not even sure of getting equivalent back via the AMCO systemism at the end of a month. This situation further worsen for Nigerians, as a lot of our banks don't even honour foreign cheques and we can't receive money through PayPal. So you can put yourself in our shoes and see what we're passing through.
My Suggestion ▶Since this shipping fees are money we must instantly take out of our pocket to send whatever products to our buyers, once such transaction is completed and the customer click on received action button, please the shipping fees that the seller put should be immediately made available for Cashing Out, so that it can assist us to do more.
I believe if this is implemented, it will go along way to helping other top sellers who may be passing through the same hurdle that we are....

In conclusion, I will plead that you read my comment in your last post as I don't want to repeat all the issues I earlier stated which I believe if look into, will help in building a strong empowr economy, and sustain it futuristically for excellence.

I understand what people is saying I was block last week also from other people's items
that they made months before the new rules and all my SC was saying is well you should
be careful of what you sponsor. That maybe true now but e-books was okay two months ago
which now there not. I wrote two new blogs to help others out one is how to create a blog and

Hi AB! While I certainly appreciate what you're saying, it's been at least a month since I first reported this issue to empowr so they've been aware for much longer than just last week. My whole point is that, because the items that I received rejection messages on were items that I wasn't the author of, I was the sponsor in all 5 cases. Also, I had items rejected that were correctly listed as premium bog posts but were rejected anyway because of a general misunderstanding on the part of the reviewer. The misunderstanding was that digital items couldn't be listed for sale at all in the marketplace rather than correctly listed as premium blog posts. I have not had the items I'm listing for sale in the marketplace auto approved for going on a month now due to the 5 items that weren't mine to begin with. They were all items that I was sponsoring prior to the enhancements first being put into effect. I've also had a total of 2 listing approved for the month of August out of literally dozens of items listed. How will I ever get back to auto approval if almost none of my items are being approved? I would appreciate someone actually addressing these issues because it is beginning to affect my ability to maintain my current power level. Finally, I would like to know why empowr has decide not to allow digital items to count toward listing goals. I have very purposefully decided to sell only digital items because I don't have many regular products to sell. This has been working fine, in that I've made money, empowr has made money and my buyers have received a product for their money. I have had very few complaints regarding the items I have for sale. I don't understand the logic of empowr's current position. Will someone please explain it to me? I really love empowr and am really wanting to be able to do a matured cash out one day. Sorry for the length of this. i guess I had more to say than I thought when I started!

Well AB I think there all important part of Empowr for it to grow properly, they also need to fix the prem blog buy button because people still can get it free and we all lose money on that I been here 7 months and its still not fix and I was told they was working on it by a president cabinet member 5 months ago but its still not fix and we all our losing money from that area even Empowr.

S akkor jön a sok kifizetetlen tétel, mert amire korábban licitált, s pont Ő nyeri az aukciót, addigra meg elveszik a piacon elkölthető pénzét!
A másik felvetésem, hogy a piacra feltett termékeket mi alapján bírálják el, mi alapján utasítják el? Nálunk egy könyv értéknek számít (nem ebook) , s nekem 10 könyvemet utasítottak el, ezért megbüntettek, s emiatt nem tudom a napi célokat teljesíteni!!
Ezt azért írtam ide le, hátha másoknál is adódtak ilyen problémák?!

Hello, I this month I could only do 12 daily goals because the remaining days you have held me by rejecting products that I have sponsored several months ago and are still blocked for this not being able to do list and not being able to sell my products have always been bought and almost always paid or sponsored, very few are offered unpaid and only two dispute and sponsored products with $ 100 spent on ebooks that I had bought without noticing the absurd charges, in fact despite having had only 12 daily goals I received $ 158 AMCO but they could be much more, from what I see the program rejects automatically and not different from that offered for sale to that sponsored and addiruttura reject products made many months ago when the rules were very different so please unblock as soon as possible, I have already asked for help many times to my coach but without success due, I believe in Empowr system and rightly should be good products and not junk Thanks.

Buongiorno, io questo mese ho potuto fare solo 12 obiettivi giornalieri perchè i rimanenti giorni mi avete bloccato respingendo prodotti che io ho sponsorizzato diversi mesi fa e sono tutt'ora bloccato per questo non potendo fare list e non potendo mettere in vendita i miei prodotti che sono sempre stati acquistati e quasi sempre pagati o sponsorizzati, molto pochi sono messi impagati e solo due contestazioni e su prodotti sponsorizzati con spese di 100$ su ebook che io avevo acquistato senza accorgermi delle spese assurde, infatti nonostante abbia avuto solo 12 obiettivi giornalieri ho ricevuto 158 $ di AMCO ma potevano essere molto di più, da quello che vedo il programma respinge in automatico e non distingue da quello messo in vendita a quello sponsorizzato e addiruttura respinge prodotti messi molti mesi addietro quando le regole erano ben diverse quindi vi prego di sbloccarmi al più presto, ho già chiesto aiuto molte volte al mio coach ma senza successo grazie, io credo nel sistema Empowr e giustamente devono essere prodotti validi e non porcherie Grazie.

well I have similar troubles here been completely blocked from empowr mostly because of things I have sponsored, got 3 refusal on my own listnings without explanation at all and last refusal was because add used from I dont even know who have been wrong... now I dont have any balance at all to sponsor or to do anything much on my account so all I am doing is liking and posting blogs again, guess my empowr venture is coming to an end or something and there is nothing at all I can do about. On top of this there is a lot of people from my country asking me how empowr works and so on asking for advice since I am number one in Slovenia, and I am without words to this people, just have no idea what or how to move further!!!!

And btw stuff I sell is original digital artwork so I dont even wanna hear about pure quality of stuff I am selling or anything

All I can say is I feel you and just hope something will change and make some sense for us both....
