As we discussed in a recent post, we have been working to make the marketplace moderation process quick and efficient, while at the same time ensuring that only the best quality listings are approved for sale.

Update:

Effective immediately, listings are being moderated by your own Success Coach first in order to ensure:

1.  every listing is moderated within 24 hours

2.  you have the opportunity to communicate directly with your Success Coach about why your listings are approved or rejected as they are moderated.

     ------------

There is still some confusion surrounding moderation process so let’s address your concerns and areas of confusion:

Understanding the reason why your listings may be rejected

The marketplace guidelines are available for you to review at any time.  The following reasons are why most listings are often rejected:

 

  • E-content that is not listed as Premium Blog (including photos, recipes, blogs, wallpapers)
  • Food and beverages (you must have the food and beverage information listed, including the expiration date)
  • Dietary supplements and medicinal items
  • Affiliate marketing links and information
  • Animal and wildlife products
  • Used or opened cosmetics
  • Adult content
  • Counterfeit currency or stamps
  • Software  
  • Delivery or Shipping Cost is greater than the price of product or service

 


For those of you that have experienced listings that have been rejected without reason, you should now be able to communicate directly with your Success Coach after all moderations to resolve any confusion that you may have.  

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your coach’s answers, you can select a new coach at any time to find the coach that works best for you.


Some best listing practices to ensure your listings are approved:

Your item should always have a relevant photo that clearly identifies the item.  If you look at the photo and have any doubt about what the item is, you should choose a new photo.

Product description: Moderators review this section to make sure that the item is properly described. 

 

  • What service are you selling? How is the product used? Is there anything that the buyer should know prior to deciding they want to purchase the item? What is the size of the item? What is its condition?
  • If you are leaving one-word descriptions, or have a complicated item with no description, you are not properly describing the listing.
  • Leave any shipping details for the item in the “Shipping Details” section

 

Shipping information: 

 

  • You should always include information in the “Shipping Details” section. These shipping details should include:
  • Your shipping method (examples include USPS, Or DHL, Or FedEx). This is absolutely required.
  • Some other suggestions and tips for creating your “Shipping Details” include:
  • The shipping duration (how long will shipping take?)
  • You should not list a different shipping cost here than what your item has listed as its shipping cost.  
  • You should not add that the buyer needs to pay additional shipping costs after they purchase your item (again, you should establish your shipping costs when you list your item, not AFTER the sale has occurred)
  • If you have chosen to ship to a certain country when you created your listing, any shipping details should match up. (i.e don’t say you ship worldwide, and then in your shipping details say you only ship to Germany).
  • For international shipping, it is helpful for the buyer to know that there may be an import charges. Add this to the shipping details.

 

Pricing your listing:

 

  • Always be sure that your item, and it’s shipping cost, are reasonable.  
  • Do you need help calculating appropriate shipping costs in US dollars? Use google shipping calculator for help.
  • Items that are unreasonably priced or with unreasonable shipping costs (shipping cost listed as $100 for a keychain? Not reasonable!) 

 


I hope this post has been helpful. By following the above guidelines, your listings have a much higher likelihood of being approved so yiu can hit your Daily Goals– which is what all of us want you to achieve in the end.

Saludo brian, en mi caso me veo limitado solo a cubrir los bids, post y share o like...estoy bloqueado en mis list, y aun eso no me desmotiva a seguir adelante, creo que si se cumple los 7 días de bloqueo, y ya me paso fue rechazado un list de sponsor...el sistema me volvió a bloquear 7 días, por tanto de este mes solo tengo 10 días con la meta cubierta, y no es justo la dedicación y trabajo que se hace, no tenga una recompensa que solo sea basada en los list y si a mas alto valor vendas mas AMCO, eso fue un cambio, de mi mes de julio al de agosto, estando dos niveles mas de poder recibí un AMCO menor.....si bien la idea es que el mercado se vea dinamizado también...el trabajo diario de comentar, postear o hacer los bids lleva su tiempo....se puede mejorar eso, hay que estimular el trabajo diario también.....

Buena información...JC...pero recomiendo lo siguiente si es un lapso de 24 horas y a veces pasa q dura algo mas, como en primera instancia sea el coach quien haga la moderación de un listado, si este había sido aprobado y dos días después sea rechazado, por alguna otra razón creo se puede partir de hacer primero que nada una indicación al creador del list y poder editar el mismo, pero si su condición no esta en poder listar por estar bloqueo es quedar en lo mismo, me paso a mi en mi caso, pase los 7 días de bloqueo y al dia q pude listar fue rechazado un list de SPONSOR, cayendo de nuevo en el bloqueo de 7 días, es razonable eso, no creo, he visto limitado mi trabajo de golpear las metas en todo el mes por muchos rechazados y como lo he indicado al coach, lo he expuesto que hay ambiguedades, si bien este coach actual que tengo planteo hacer unas recomendaciones como guía y es bien recibida esa información, creo que los CAMCOS hará que muchos coach se centren en hacer buen trabajo, también es conveniente tomar la consideración que se hace sobre adelantar cash out que vayan al mercado, pero como se refleja una compra o una venta en la disponibilidad de cada vendedor.........un punto a tomar en referencia, he planteado que sea esas ganancias hechas en el market reutilizadas en el mismo market

Esperaremos esos aportes de JC....y es obvio que si un entrenador no hace su trabajo se cambia, pero comente que el actual al menos ha sido diligente en su caso y prometió una ayuda o guía, pero a veces los cambios acá van mas rápido que la respuestas que ellos puedan dar...todos deseamos ver madurados mas sustanciosos en base al trabajo, ya lo comente en otra respuesta que también debe valorarse el trabajo a diario de otros aun estando bloqueados, en mi caso cumplo las demás metas

I sent yesterday a message with my AMCOs problem, and that the money never got into my PayPal, now is a blessing, not that they didn't got in again, but 2 winning auctions have been retained to that I paid from the card, i don't have any bit of money in the balance and i wanted to make products without costs, because none of the products couldn't been sponsored, but blessing, it was paid without the transaction being made by me with money from the card, money that i had to pay taxes, maybe i won't have electricity this winter! Thank you!!

Quisiera hacer un apartado con respeto al tema y hacer el comentario que hoy me ha pasado algo raro y es que el contador de metas, me ha hecho que los bonus sean mayores al extra normal, estoy segundo nivel azul y mi meta de bids es 34, me salio un bonus de mas de 50, los list estoy bloqueado, en los post tengo 7 como mínimo y tres extras pero esta vez tenia 15 extras, y los likes o share de 200 como metas el sistema me arrojo que tengo de extra 418, sera un error de sistema, se lo notifique a mi coach y hay otra persona de mi país en el mismo nivel y también le paso igual.....

I found out its said Currently sponsoring as I intend to file a dispute for this item becouse I find the price are irrelevant

As we all know a Recipe are not suppose to list as products

1-I am seeing this message (This blog currently contains no posts) a lot on some blog listings and mostly from some certain citizens, mostly because the blog is unpublished, what are the related rules to this case?

2- Can we have some details about this point: The shipping duration (how long will shipping take?) does it mean to put a range or a fixed period of time?

3-And how about the hand delivered and Location/Store Pick-Up items, are they acceptable as shipping methods?

Also I found some items listed under my name but I never listed them, and they got rejected for No Reason, how come does this happen?

I see daily about 10 to 20 items with this same problem, and I usually send a message to my close friends to correct it, and they do quickly.

1. What are top up fees we are being charged?
2. Why are we being told to pay while sponsoring an item? Then after paying for it, the item remains in the sponsoring side and you no longer have it because you paid for it, to prevent it from becoming an unpaid item. Now what happens because the listing is still running.

3. Why are we being charged without notice for top up fees,what ever that is and listing that are being sponsored and without notice.?

4. Are we not sponsoring to help one another? You are not helping yourself by out right paying for those listings you are sponsoring.

I had not made any purchases at that point. I just keep getting charged by empowr even though I am still sponsoring the items and they show up as sponsored. I paid for one item yesterday only because it said I had to pay or refuse, but it was already sponsored by me. I sent my address after it was paid for, but the listing is still showing up as sponsored by me. This is very messed up. I've also been charged my monthly fee of $9.99 after being here only about a month. I've also been charged top up fees which I have no clue what they are for. My coach will not answer these questions. If they could be fixed asap then I can move on, but this is ridiculous. I am not very good at screen shots.

Thank you very much the News and the Marketplace Improvements. The Marketplace is going to be a Growing Experience not only for all Members of Empowr but also that of Success Coaches. Please I ask of all Citizens to have Patience and Understand with your Success Coaches. Non of us are Perfect nor will we ever be. As it may be the Marketplace does not have a set of uniformed item details to go by. So we must assume the condition and details are correct, if they are not included we cannot Approve it. Success Coaches have the burden of checking the comparable market value and shipping price for each situation. So with some Success Coaches having hundreds and even thousands of Citizens under them, there is going to need to be some reasonable adjustments made to the Listing Daily Goals. We will need at least 24-48 hours to make sure we are correctly Approving or Rejecting Items. And not merely going through them to get them in the marketplace. I would ask that a 48 hour delay for Marketplace Listings be implemented.

Next question is when did the extra Daily Goal Opportunities come into effect? I am asking this because I am awaiting to find out how on the 28th I meet all my Daily Goals and Completed all my Bonus Goals. And have a screenshot of it, but when it rolled around to the 29th I checked my Goals and it actually took away my Bonus Goals and said I only meet the Daily Goals. So if there was a glitch in the system when it changed over to the new extra opportunities, we need to correct that.

In order to give users the opportunity to post more once they've hit their Daily Goal, we've added larger bonus potential for all users. Please remember that bonuses are not required for your daily goal to be hit. Thanks!
