UPDATE (5/4/17): As of 11AM PST (Pacific Standard Time) PayPal claims to have fixed the issue with their bulk sender. However, we are still experiencing technical issues, and continue to be unable to send your cash out payments in bulk.

Instead of waiting any longer, we have begun manually paying all pending cash outs one by one.  There are now thousands of cash outs waiting to go out, and unfortunately this is very time consuming process, but our finance department is working non-stop to ensure we are caught up with all pending cash outs as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind, if you’ve just recently requested a cash out, before these PayPal issues cash outs would normally take 10 business days (or more, depending on the resolution time of this issue) to be paid to you. Now, you should expect a longer delay, as our finance department works to process all the cash outs individually through the PayPal system.

Cash outs requested by bank check are not affected and continue to go out on time.

We are optimistic that PayPal will successfully fix the issue with their bulk payment sender as soon as possible. And we appreciate your patience during this process.  Thank you again for your support.

Hello everyone,

The PayPal system has been undergoing upgrades and experiencing issues these last couple of weeks.  For example, on Monday, May 1st, we uploaded a bulk payment for cash outs for 845 of our citizens. This process typically results in your cash out being reflected in your PayPal account the same day or next day.

Unfortunately, yesterday we were alerted by PayPal that another technical issue has caused those payments to remain pending for a longer than normal (which is why your cash out is not reflected in your PayPal account yet):

After speaking with the PayPal bulk payment team multiple times today, our PayPal representative has confirmed they will have this resolved as quickly as possible, but we will unfortunately not receive a new update from them until tomorrow (May 3rd) morning at the earliest.

As soon as we have more information (including that your cash outs have been fully processed by PayPal) I will be updating this post.

P.S.   For those of you that have requested a cash out payment via check, your cash out has already been processed and is in the mail.

P.P.S As a reminder from a post earlier in April, the 6th and 7th of May fall on a Saturday and Sunday.  With all the new things rolling into the AMCO process (sharing and services), we want to be extra cautious and ensure that the empowr analysts and engineers are carefully examining the AMCOs before they go out.

So therefore, please expect AMCOs to be late (Weds May 10th, at the earliest).

I can assure you that if empowr can beat those dates, it will.

Empowr team most have an "Empowr Visa Credit Card" ... The "Empowr Visa Credit Card" can work:
1- to Validate the Empowr account with.
2- to send cash out directly to the Card.
3- to withdraw cash by using this card in ATM of any well reported bank.
that will be so easy to Empowr citizen in whole world. and that will be security of Empowr and Empowrians both.

As JC mentioned in a previous blog (http://posts.empowr.com/r9qs8) we'll be working on a feature that will allow ANYONE with an awesome idea (an app or a website) to plug right into the empowr platform. This might be the perfect way to address this issue.

Evgeniy, keep in mind that April's AMCO was based off of sales made in February, not including Premium blogs, and only counting sales of $5.00 or more (not including shipping). These sales need to be marked as "item received" in a timely manner - keep in mind that on your "I've sold" page - the "Updated" date displays the most recent status of your sale. For example: If a sale was made in January, and then updated as "item received" in February, it would not count towards your April AMCO. Now if that same sale would have been made/initiated in February, then it would count. We encourage you to keep it up focusing on completing sales in the marketplace, including shipping details when possible, and also ensuring that they are marked as 'item received' by your buyers. Please reach out to your coach for further details and help.
