I am posting this question on behalf of a citizen who asked me to do this as he is unable to do so and asked about it in Telegram. Others joined his comment in Telegram.

Just joined group and chat. Wanting to find out if others are having a similar problem as me. I'm having difficulty in getting my account confirmed/validated. Since 20th December. My SC keeps on telling me it's been looked into. I have been through all the motions ie: Checking the validity of my cell phone on the net through to completing the Google forms, etc. Been not validated is extremely restricting, down to not posting and even unable to communicate with my SC, which I am currently doing via Whatsapp. It's really annoying. Any assistance shall be appreciated.

The last blog stated that cashout amounts would increase

First question is how I can have a red bar for tracking when I put tracking on every item I send

Second question is why I received less than $10 cash advance from over $1000 of items marked received

I cannot afford to keep sending items when I only receive pennies on the dollar as payment. I am assuming that there must be a problem with my account that needs to be checked and would appreciate someone taking a look at it

Hi Brian,

Do you have any updates on what platform features have been fixed and what's still being worked on, just curious if the mission wheel is still being looked into.

As it shows that I need to earn almost 3 billion mission points to maximize prize size, since coin stabization update, that's now impossible to do. I've been earning 2 mission points for every $1 in sales since said update, so I would need to earn over a billion dollars in sales to maximize that. I have sent several reports about this as far back as January.

I am writing on behalf of Youkali [ www.empowr.com/Youkali ] Youkali is one of the most populated country on empowr, with more than 1800 citizens. At my capacity as a co-founder, I testify and request as following.

1. The account of Youkali remains incomplete for more than four months. I have submitted the relevant form requested, twice already. All relevant evidence, also have been submitted to the SC of Youkali too, but it seems that she can not help; the SC asked me to address the matter publicly.
