First of all, thank You for the quick fixing of the small/big issues, like in the transfer out and others.
1- We already talk since more than an year about The Legacy Coins in Review as you talk about last week answering other users
My Question is : Are YOU with our MANAGEMENT serious In making it more USEFULL, We need these USD /COINS to be paid AT a HIGHER RATE than $250 a month ( I see it's a NEED of change . an important issue to be fixed ASAP). I suggest to higher that amount first and then sending it as Cash Advance for more earning (Not Sending it to the Maturing "CORNER") to Move the economy (TRADING & MARKETPLACE) as we moved it in lowering the BID amount / SHARES in the daily goal, I bet that as I noticed that many of a GOOD "Veterans" came back with us and are again making their daily goal with a GREAT pleasure.
2- Review the BID way:

A- In seperating it from the BUY Option for many reasons, users in many time (Exclusevely in pushing by inadvertence) an item to BUY listed in our page, thinking they are making a BID) then it goes for a ROSE color after a while market unpaid because unsufficient COINS/USD, the negative result is that another LEGIT user/Good buyer can't buy the item anymore, and the item that they bid on will never to be completed & be an order.>>> What result we have in the 13 JUDGMENTS>>>> Try to sell more of your listed items in the Marketplace and get big and bigger RED LINE. ! I wish you consider this case as real, because we do get less Cash Advance because of this. Solution: This clause in the 13 I suggest also to be reviewed Please.

B- When Bidding, EMPOWR ask users to lower their LIMIT In listing their ITEMS (WRITTEN in the "13 JUDGEMENTS "/Performance: We are front of , some users who are putting a low (So low) LIMIT, that the BIDDER see that he is a BUYER for an Item worth less than $1 US, to be sent WORLDWIDE!!!. I guess you get the point here ! ? I may imagine someone from Asia will send me this ITEM? I guess it will goes for unpaid item again in DISPUTE(Result of that bad buyer) and then my real coins will go back AGAIN the be Matured.
The BIDDING have a needs to be review for better solution.?

Brian, question (1) can you tell the citizens what happens when a buyer wins an auction and the seller hasn't sent and hasn't answered any messages and when he clicks on actions there is no option to dispute.
question (2) when we sell an item on the auction site and the buyer raises a dispute because he hasn't received ,and the reason for not sending is that the buyer has not registered his address,but the dispute has made the sellers bar go red,
Solution could be to reject these offenders bids and listings till they give all their details,I have been rejected for using caps and yet these ppl get away with it,causing lots of extra work and money for the ppl doing the right thing

Howdy Brian,

During last weeks Live Stream you stated that the 90% of my listings that were mysteriously missing were archived and could not be recovered. Surprise, they have all reappeared as new bid listings, all starting at $0.01. There have been over 50 sales of these items at prices which do not reflect the original posting price and/or the reserve.

Also can you explain what happened to the nearly $2000.00 in Fully Matured Coins that disappeared from My Balance?

I too have had over 125 purchases from the past reappear, all with the Waiting for Seller to Ship. Problem is they are purchases from the past already paid for, not since June24. I've reported this to my Coach and she said there is nothing I can do but wait. I should not have to waste my time disputing which will hurt my rating when I did not create this problem. Also, my coins have been reduced again for the same purchases from the past.

Good day, please tell me why not paid money for the goods marked a month ago by the buyer - what was received? As far as we know, this money goes as an additional income and is not included in the maturation?
And one more question, I execute the plan every day 100%, except for several days, on the platform I am already 138 days, never received a salary? What is it? The advance was received 1 time ($15) and all what is the point of working on the platform then? To earn more senior leadership on us? I just get to pay my money for the goods and all... I was expecting to see many comments / replies to these live streams.
There are N issues unresolved, the lack of these comments should make you think !!!
It is not too orthodox that selling many products to the same buyer (specifically that sales are not reciprocal) do not take into account their counter value, they often look to be caught as a number.
I am not guilty of anything that some buyers (other fathers) do not open their eyes when buying products from me (selling only in Romania) after which they dispute and are charged red at point 5.
The 13 factors that automatically lead to the transfer of coins are a bit of a head to head. How can they be on red at point 10 when: Valentin Beşliu

Power Level payments: When you take the coins out to pay for the Power Level, then put them back in, you are wiping out all our matured coins and starting their maturation all over again. Then it happens again every month when the Power Level subscription is renewed. There is no way for coins to mature even at the highest Mission Role.

Could you please consider just not taking them out at all if you have hit your 5 goals?

Hello Brian,
Weeks ago we've been charged in coins for our Power Level subscriptions. However weeks have gone by and we are still not earning coins (still only pre-coins). The fair thing to do would have been to make the whole transition at the same time. It's been weeks now and there has only been the take and no give. We have had no way to earn back the coins that have been taken.

Will our earnings be back dated please? Either that or reimburse our Power Level subscriptions please?

Otherwise you are just straight taking our hard earned money and I'm sure that that's not your intention. Empowr have always, always shown integrity in the long run.

Just this once, until you get your end of the deal up and running.

1. You have charged us in COINS but our earnings are still being paid in PRE-COINS. There's no way for us to earn those coins back.
2. And some of us were purely caught off guard. We just logged on and found all our coins missing. We understand now and will be ready for next month.

Hi Brian, a few questions:
1. Wondering if you are aware that the "Posting to your feed" earnings are going to Pre-coins and, as far as I understand from the changes, the earnings should be going into Coins?
2. Since pre-coins are being removed, does that mean our "Posting to your feed" earnings that have been going into pre-coins are lost?
3. If I understand things correctly, it was indicated our power level would remain the same, meaning we will not be downgraded. And that the power level cost will be deducted and than returned to our balance if we have met our daily goals. Is this correct?
4. If that is correct, since our "Posting to your feed" earnings are going to pre-coins, what happens when there is not enough funds to cover the power level cost?
5. If we have met our goals and the cost of the power level is returned to our balance, does this mean the maturation date of those funds starts over e.g. if a power level costs $300,000 and those funds are taken from our coins and returned to our coins they have to mature again?
6. Also, wondering if you are aware that the green bars showing our earnings was not working and is now no longer available?
7. Letting you know, "Coins fully matured" is still showing $0 and reports have been sent to The Coin.

Hello Brian,

I am waiting more then 2 month's now, with shipping out my Sold Products, WHY?

I am Waiting that accordingly your Market place rules Products that were sold, shipped with tracking and delivered and confirmed by the Buyer and rewarded with 5 stars, then Empowr got 7 Days to check and pay the 82.5% for the Seller and 17.5% for EMPOWR. This is NEVER happened the last 6 month's, i had sales and monthly on a role bonus once a month.

But EMPOWR Kept my Sales Profit.
From before 3 January they put it in the Legacy Vault
From after 3 January they kept it in the system because of the 13 Bars, BAD citizen Bar 10.
If there was an Upgrade then everything became Green as it suppose to be, This indicates that you are Manipulating the system as you please.
Of course we made screenshot's

We want our Sale's Profit to be released, and we want you to lift all restrictions to be lifted from every sale there is made, my Green earning bar's in the My Balance graph is green from November.

And we also want you to return the PU payment, that put our Earnings and our MATURATED COINS back, because we are still Earning PRE-COINS and that means we were billed for some service that is not delivered.

Please read carefully and Return our Earnings so we finally are able to buy in the Marketplace as it should be, with No Illegal Restrictions, Don't forget This is copied and saved, so don't bother to hide it?

Many thanks for the work done to return information on goods sold at auctions.

But there is a question about which I asked back in April:
Some products were purchased by buyers from those regions in which there is no delivery of goods.

Live episode 44 of 04/19/2019 (21-25 minutes) you say that if all the seller’s settings are correct and the buyer after receiving a warning that the goods in his region are not delivered - deliberately pays for the goods - then when you open a dispute - dispute SELLER must win.
And the money must be credited to the balance of the SELLER, because the buyer was warned that the goods were not delivered to him and consciously paid for the goods.

But yesterday I opened such a dispute and the decision was:
 Money must be received by the BUYER
.
Then there is no point in the seller’s settings - if in any case the money is returned to the BUYER, although he voluntarily paid for the goods knowing that there is no delivery to his region.

Please explain who is right in this situation (all the settings that the delivery is ONLY IN UKRAINE - have been made)

1. I noticed that I received earnings for posting pictures . The pictures have been uploaded weeks ago, that is more than 7 days we supposed to earn from them.

2. What about the Earning Accelerator? We are upgraded in power based on our daily goals hit. Will the Earnings Accelerator be removed?
