Howdy Brian,

Can you please explain why Power Level fees were once again taken from my Matured Coin balance? From what I understand, this is not the norm, having only happened to some accounts. Last month it was almost $2000.00 in Matured Funds and today it was just under $400.00 in Matured Funds. On the Get More Power page, it states that payment can be made in either Pre-Coins or Coins. Why is it that we don’t have a say as to which Coin is used to pay the fee?

I wish to report a strange anomaly in the MarketPlace. Purchased items are appearing GREEN on my “I’ve sold” page and have No Option to leave or input Shipping & Tracking info. Please advise on how to proceed.

Howdy Brian,

Lately I have had to file several transaction disputes, all of which were found in my favor. My question is how can we determine and ascertain that our accounts were actually credited for those sales? There is no indication in the Balance page and there is never any change to the 30-Day Mission or All-Time Mission points.

When can we expect MarketPlace items to be identified by Transaction numbers? This sorely needed addition would expedite conversations and messages with our Guides and Buyers and would eliminate the need and expenditure of time of providing Screenshots. It would also clarify for all parties which item is in question.

Howdy Brian,

In light of the fact that we are nearing the planned eventual obsolescence of the much maligned and controversial Pre-Coin, I would like to propose a suggestion that would restore much needed confidence in the platform. Instead of once again penalizing the Good Citizens of empowr by ostensibly deleting the Pre-Coins that we have all expended countless hours and real funds to accumulate over the years, have empowr reward those citizens by converting Pre-Coins into maturing and fully matured Coins.

The conversion rate should be based on each Citizens tenure and All-Time Mission Points. It is high time that empowr acknowledge and reward Citizens that have been loyal beta-testers of the platform.

I look forward to your thoughts and those of all interested Citizens.

У меня активирован Кошелек эфиров, на Балансе имеются средства и я не могу ничего купить.
Товары поступают на страницу "я купил" в красном цвете с отказами.
Так уже было с 25 января по апрель. Я направляла запросы по форме, писала письма, писала обращение в Блоге Г-на Брайна. Но не получила не исправлений ошибки, не ответов.
В апреле у меня "исчезли" эфиры из Кошелька в неизвестном направлении.
И опять ни кто не ответил на мои запросы.
3 июля я активировала кошек эфиров, но история повторяется.
Мой тренер неоднократно направил запросы в техподдержку, но результатов нет.
Прошу Вас исправить настройки в моем аккаунте, что бы я могла нормально работать.
Я несу убытки, у меня нет роста Баланса.
6 страниц "я купил" в красном цвете.

I have activated the Wallet of airs, there are funds on the Balance and I cannot buy anything.
Products arrive on the "I bought" page in red with refusals.
So it was from January 25 to April. I sent inquiries on the form, wrote letters, wrote an appeal in Mr. Brown's blog. But she received no error corrections, no answers.

Pleased to see "I've Sold" page up and running-thank you.
My reputation and dispute levels are deteriorating:
I) Acted on listings. Multiple sales to 1 or 2 buyers which haven't been added to total sales.
2) 2 or 3 disputes made by buyer, when the items in question shipped to UK only (Custom in buyer requirements).
Why am I been penalised for doing the right thing?

Please read carefully and the Full message, this has to do with the Future of EMPOWR,
I got this message:

Empowr once said they wont again use or support Empr coin. I always thought they were lying. 12 trillion coins that's a lot. Just imagine if EMPR gain value. It will be the largest coin and it will beat Bitcoin and full fill Empowr vision of Mass adoption.
this is my Answer, you might find it Interesting?
you correct, but the question is are they really lying or protecting their idea against competition, with doing that there are people who gave up their support and there were people who did see the chance that they are there in the beginning of something gigantic. imagine if Empowr bring the coin at 0.01 or 0.1 or 1 dollar, then there are a lot of people that will be Happy and use the Marketplace, prices will be going to a normal rate and people will get there transfer out and can buy and sell in the marketplace.

So little action can conclude in a giant victory.

Then when one coin goes, the other coins will rise as well, If they create the Need, and can for fill the Need of the people then this will be a Great Success

If they want to use it as an Marketing tool Only then it also benefits both the company and the EMPR Coin. You may share all i have written with the others if you want, because this will be a good thing.

I hope you Share this idea with the Management, remember what you said, we are all Owners of this Platform, or aren't we?

Brian, Question (1) can you tell the citizens what happens when a buyer wins an auction and the seller hasn't sent and hasn't answered any messages and when the buyer clicks on actions there is no option to dispute.

Question (2) when we sell an item on the auction site and the buyer raises a dispute because he hasn't received ,and the reason for not sending is that the buyer has not registered his address,but the dispute has made the sellers bar goes red,

Solution could be to reject these offenders bids and listings till they give all their details,I have been rejected for using caps and yet these ppl get away with it,causing lots of extra work and money for the ppl doing the right thing.

Thanks Brian for the live stream support I need to get my power level back it had remove when it should be moving up and others citizens like May Ram Power level is gone also I think that should not be happening to us since I had hit all my daily goals over 5 times since this month and over 16 times for the past month can you please help us fix the off upgrading am not seen any one upgrading

Hi Brian!
 1. Today, the system bought the same power level that I had before. Although the money in the account was enough to purchase a higher next level.
In the manual mode, it was proposed to purchase a level far below that which was at the last moment.

2. Why when a buyer opens a dispute (I decided not to buy. The goods are paid for and an address is provided) and the dispute is decided in my favor - one of the 13 factors turns red.
This affects cash advances. Need to fix it.

3. The payment of the level takes place in coins and when they return they become the beginning of maturation. Earnings are still going on in the coins and from the wheel, which does not allow for a month to collect the amount needed to buy the next level and therefore there is no way to wait for the coins to fully mature.

4. When will the pre-coins be removed and the earnings will be charged from our activity on the page?

1.Clarification regarding the question last time about the 'loss of pre-coins'. What I meant to say was -
Currently, our earnings are still going to pre-coins and since the announcement in early June, they 'should' be going to coins.
Are we going to lose the earnings that went into pre-coins that should have gone into coins?

2. There seems to be a glitch in the renewal of the power level subscription. It looks like it is renewing 1 day later than the expiration date.

The impact - A person loses their power level for the day. They cannot achieve their goals for their current level because the power level is gone, bidding is not available, and they are only a minimal number of shares, posts, and likes available to make. As well, the shopping balance is gone. Can you please check on this?

You asked for ideas during the last live stream:
1. Would it be possible to create a separate tab with a page/blog that lists the issues currently being experienced by the citizens?
The citizens could go to the tab, review the issues and than agree or disagree as to whether or not they are experiencing the issue. Similar to when we vote.
This could alleviate the number of issues going to the technicians, give the technicians an idea of how many are experiencing the same issue and they could than prioritize based on numbers. It could also assist the guides in having to deal with the same issue over and over. They could refer the person to the "Issues" tab to record/vote on their issue.
There are a number details that are too lengthy to discuss here. If this is something you think would be useful let me know, perhaps though my guide, Deborah Rolan, and we could explore the possibility further.

2. Would it be possible to create a user group of citizens, including guides, management, technician, etc to 'user test' changes to the platform before they are released to everyone? This could alleviate the number of issues that get raised.

Why is it that we can't transfer out our matured coins please?
( I have messaged my SC, no answer. I have emailed The Coin, no answer.)

The matured coins are listed in the balance page but then they don't show up in the drop down menu in the transfer out form. The balance available to transfer out in the form is $0 cash advance and $0 matured coins.

Have you hit your daily goals at least 16 times in the past 30 days? If not, you have a dormant account and can't transfer out fully matured coins. Seeing you being a Basic Orange, it indicates that you are not very active when you have fully matured earnings available.

I have the same situation. But it has a continuation. RIPENING dollars the site showed 79 thousand. I couldn’t do anything with them. Since everything was just like you. A few days later the ripened dollars - have disappeared from the balance, all !!! Daily goals I accomplish every day in green. Wallet esters activated, there are esters !!! Nobody answers the requests!
Dear Mr Brian! Maybe you will give instructions to correct all the errors listed in your blog. Constant excuses are no longer impressive!
